Terms of Service
Effective date: August 23, 2026 · VIZIT STUDIO is operated by Luca Agea Design, a sole proprietorship / freelance design practice ("Luca Agea Design," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VIZIT STUDIO, including our website, upload and rendering tools, dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading photos, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
VIZIT STUDIO lets registered users upload property photographs and generate a short AI-rendered walkthrough video from them, using third-party AI video generation infrastructure. Each generated video is billed per render at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Source Photos You Upload
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload ("Source Photos"). By uploading a Source Photo, you confirm that you own it or have the rights necessary to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to operate the Service — including transmitting it to our third-party video generation provider to produce your rendered video.
You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any photo you submit, including photos that depict a property you do not own, a property owned by a third party, or images containing identifiable people. Don't upload photos you don't have the rights to use.
Once you've paid for a video, you receive a license to download, use, and distribute that video for your own business or personal purposes (for example, in a real estate listing, on social media, or in a sales presentation).
Marketing license. By generating a video through the Service, you also grant Luca Agea Design a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that generated video — including stills or short excerpts of it — for our own marketing, advertising, portfolio, and promotional purposes, in any medium now known or later developed. This license survives and continues even after you delete your account or your video is removed from your dashboard. It applies to the rendered output video itself, not to your account profile information, which is deleted per our Privacy Policy when you delete your account.
If you'd prefer we not use a specific video for marketing, contact us before generating it — we're happy to discuss exclusions on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
5. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Prices are shown before you generate a video and are charged at the time of generation via our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your full card number. All charges are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Generated videos are non-refundable except where a render fails to complete or is materially defective, in which case contact us for a refund or re-render at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload photos you don't have the rights to use, or that depict illegal content, another person's private property without consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
Use the Service to generate misleading representations of a property for a real transaction (for example, showing features, rooms, or conditions that don't exist);
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI infrastructure;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including an AI video generation provider and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or content limitations caused by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
The VIZIT STUDIO name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by Luca Agea Design and may not be copied or used without permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you beyond the license to your own generated videos described in Section 4.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated video output can vary and we don't guarantee any particular result, appearance, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luca Agea Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Luca Agea Design harmless from any claim arising from your Source Photos, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Term, Termination & Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Deleting your account removes your personal account information and billing details, but does not revoke the marketing license described in Section 4, which survives termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Luca Agea Design's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Account information: name, email, company name, and password (or your login credentials if you sign in another way).
Billing information: billing address and payment details. Card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Content you upload: the property photos you submit and the videos generated from them.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device/browser information, and similar analytics data.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide the Service — generating and delivering your videos, processing payment, and maintaining your account and video library;
To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests;
To improve and secure the Service;
To use generated videos for our own marketing, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with the third-party service providers that make VIZIT STUDIO work:
AI video generation provider — receives your uploaded photos to produce the rendered video.
Stripe — processes payments and stores your payment method securely.
Authentication and hosting providers — support account login and application infrastructure.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Luca Agea Design or others.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal account and billing information within a reasonable period.
Generated videos are the one exception. As described in our Terms of Service, generating a video grants us a license to use that finished video for our own marketing that survives account deletion. Deleting your account removes your personal profile and billing data, but a copy of videos already generated may be retained and used by us under that license even after your account is gone.
5. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You can update your email, password, and billing details directly from your Profile page, and request account deletion there as well. Because of the marketing license described above, requesting account deletion removes your personal data but does not withdraw previously generated videos from our marketing use — contact us if you have questions about a specific video.
6. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (like your selected language), and understand how the Service is used.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on reputable third-party providers (like Stripe) for sensitive data such as payment details. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service isn't directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
